Introduction

Basically, knowledge management (KM) comprises a range of practices used by organization to identify, create, represent, and distribute knowledge. In KM, Information System (IS) is emphasized to share and distribute knowledge. IS is the integration of hardware, software, infrastructure, and trained personnel to facilitate planning, control, coordination, and decision making. As technology is getting advance nowadays, knowledge sharing becomes more convenient. Some communication tools such as telephone, online messenger, social network, bulletin, and newspaper etc helps us to disseminate and share knowledge in short time and wide range. Therefore, some Information Technology and Information System (IT & IS) related issues are also embedded in KM.
